About Độ Khớp Club
For trail runners, the knees are often the most vulnerable point, especially after grueling downhill stretches or steep technical climbs. Many runners choose to endure the pain just to reach the finish line, while others are forced to give up their passion due to chronic injuries.
Understanding these anxieties, Dalat Ultra Trail 2026 has teamed up with Độ Khớp Club to help our "Conquerors" overcome injuries and get ready to set new personal records at Dalat Ultra Trail!
Độ Khớp Club was founded by the coaching duo Alexander Schlee and Nicholas Raybould. Both are certified by ATG (Athletic Truth Group), a globally recognized physical training system focused on joint restoration and functional enhancement. The ATG method is built on three core pillars:
- Strengthening muscles, tendons, and ligaments surrounding the joints.
- Preventing injuries through proactive structural balance.
- Improving overall athletic function and mobility.
Building on the ATG foundation, Alex and Nick have researched, tested, and refined specific exercises tailored to the unique biomechanics and demands of trail runners.
